More Mental Blockage Tips

Events always seem to happen in tandem, so hot off the hells of Brian Clark’s 10 Mental Blocks To Creative Thinking at CopyBlogger, comes Combat Mental Entropy With These 10 Tips from LifeHack.  The author, Scott Young, provides us with 10 tips to keep our minds sharp:

  1. Writing
  2. Meditation
  3. One-on-One
  4. Walk
  5. Just Sit
  6. Music
  7. Reading
  8. Rhythm
  9. Run
  10.  New Perspective


Each and every single one of them are good tips, and walking and running are two tips that I frequently give people.  However, I can never meditate or just sit there.  A lot of people describe me as a ball of nervous energy since I can never just stay still.  So obviously, I don’t pay much heed to those two tips, but the rest are good!

    1. The answer to everyones problems
    2. Always calms me down
    3. Never really tried this
    4. Walking works but only when your feet aren’t tired
    5. Awesome. My mind is never bored when I just sit and soak up the scenery
    6. Celtic music helps me here
    7. Makes me focus and keeps me sane
    8. Brings my creativity out
    9. Running, I usually get too tired too fast XP
    10. I always try to see things from a different angle ^^
