I want your questions!
Lovely readers, you may have noticed my brief absence from my usual slot on Saturdays where I babble on about publishing and books and being a professional at this writer thing. Part of this is due to my poor time management skills, but part is also due to having no idea what I should talk about next. I’ve covered a lot of the broad ways of getting published with the Publishing Strategies series, but what I really want to do is talk about things that you guys want to hear about.
So if you have any questions or wonderings about any part of the professional side of writing and books, let me know! From the writers side of things – like editing a manuscript for publication, writing a query letter, or finding an agent – to the professional and educational realm – like getting an education in writing, working in publishing, or even just curiosities about how book selling works – I want to know all your questions! I’m by no means a professional, but I am entering my fourth year studying English literature and creative writing, and have an almost-concerning interest in the book world (I’m also really good at Googling things).
So please! Leave your questions or suggestions for future posts in the comments below, or in this thread at the Young Writers Society. I’m excited to hear from you!
